MDX-320-65-A2

The MDx-320-65-A2 module is part of Proton-Electrotex’s MDx family of power rectifier diodes designed for high-power rectification and phase control use in industrial power systems. Modules in this series integrate two power diodes in a rugged dual package and feature a pressure-contact construction that enhances long-term reliability under heavy electrical and thermal cycling. The electrically insulated baseplate design improves heat spreading and simplifies heatsink integration, making the MDx-320-65-A2 ideal for use in rectifier bridges, AC regulators, industrial power supplies and electric drives.
