RIR High Voltage Modules include various topologies such as single & dual thyristor modules (IRKHT & IRKT Series) and single & dual diode modules (IRKE & IRKD Series) and diode thyristor modules (IRKH Series). The current range varies from 130A to 1100A and the maximum voltage range is up to 6500V.
Our modules are intended for general purpose applications such as battery chargers, welders, plating equipment and windmills
