DIM400XCM45-TS

The DIM400XCM45-TS module is part of Dynex’s Powerline IGBT range covering voltages from 1200 V up to 6500 V and currents up to several thousand amps. This module integrates a high-performance IGBT switch with optimized safe operating area characteristics (RBSOA) and robust thermal handling for use in inverter, chopper, motor drive and traction power systems. The isolated baseplate and compact design enable efficient heat sinking and safer mechanical integration into systems requiring grounded heat sinks.
