The DIM2400ESM12-A IGBT module integrates high-current, high-voltage power semiconductor switches in a rugged industrial package. Its design maximises performance with wide reverse-bias safe operating area (RBSOA), high thermal reliability and excellent short-circuit capability, making it ideal for high-power converters, industrial motor drives, traction inverters and similar power conversion applications. The isolated baseplate and low inductance bus design also support efficient heat sinking and reduced electrical noise.
