DGT305SE

The DGT305SE is part of Dynex’s range of Gate Turn-Off Thyristors built for robust electrical power control. A GTO thyristor conducts when a positive gate pulse is applied and can be turned off by a negative gate pulse, giving much tighter control over power switching than conventional SCRs. The combination of high surge handling, double-side cooling and fault-tolerant design makes the device suitable for high-current converters, motor drives, power inverters, chopper circuits and other demanding industrial power systems.
